At Orean Personal Care quality and customer service is paramount to our business being a success.
In a competitive market such as personal care manufacturing it is key that quality and our customers requirements are at the forefront of all of our decision making processes. Listening to our customers and helping them improve their business, products or services, does, in turn help us improve ours.
Every client has a dedicated Account Director who manages the relationship on a one to one basis; in addition all clients are also allocated an internal Customer Services Manager.
Customer Services Managers are office based and are involved in every aspect of the production and manufacturing process. Usually in the background to begin, but once a product is ready to be filled this contact who has been working behind the scenes ensures that all production runs to plan and on time and can provide the Account Directors or clients directly, with reports on each fill.
The nature of our business means that we are proactive in seeing current customers and in growing our customer base and are not just focussed on the North of England or the UK. Whilst we are based in Yorkshire, many of our clients are based in London with offices overseas. Overseas offices require different working hours to GMT and therefore flexibility in our day to day running is vital. To allow maximum flexibility and transparency we have specialist online stock and production systems in place which can be accessed at any time from any place in the world. These live feeds, updated every 24 hours give clients confidence in knowledge that they can see what is happening with their orders no matter what time zone they are in.
Quality Assurance is taken very seriously at Orean Personal Care ltd. Supplying product for sale at some of the UKs most prestigious stores such as Harrods, Fortnum and Mason, Harvey Nichols, and Space NK.
This attention to detail is apparent right through our process whether in concept / brief preparation, market analysis, USP creation, product development, stability testing, challenge testing, safety assessments, standard creation, manufacturing / production or distribution the creation of products and services which will meet and exceed our customers demands is at the fore front of our consideration.
Once the project is authorised for production by the customer a standard is created and signed off by quality control and the customer each retaining an example. All product specific information and special instructions deemed necessary are recorded on each standard. Production cannot commence without the standard being on line. The line set up is positively signed off against the standard and then samples are taken every 15 minutes by the Line Manager and checked in all aspects against the line standard.
On top of this industry standard line check, Orean Personal Care operate an Operations independent QC check every 30 minutes on all lines, and then a separate AQL check on all finished goods prior to release to despatch.
