Orean Personal Cares facilities cover 18,000 square feet which include our R&D and analytical laboratory, scale up and pilot plant, bulk manufacturing plant, product filling hall, assembly line for packing gifts / cartons, and storage and distribution areas.
Research & Development
Our team of chemists and technicians in our onsite R&D laboratory strive to deliver effective, attractive and commercially viable solutions to our client's brands and product needs. They have vast experience in the development of hair care, skincare, bath & body, sun care, men's, mother & baby, home fragrance, soil association organic certified wellbeing, and biocidal products in formats ranging from solvent mix, through water-based and oil-based liquids to solid products including salts and powders.
We specialise in creating bespoke premium, efficacy driven formulations from initial concept through to reality. We also have vast experience of the mass market and can deliver formulations to meet the technical and commercial needs of this category.

Bulk Manufacturing
Orean Personal Care has a wide range of mixing vessel types and sizes and an overall capacity of 30m litres of bulk liquid, covering

Filling Capabilities
With a number of single and multi-head lines covering hot and cold filling, and a capacity of 90m units, we can fill a vast range of product, pack types and fill sizes:
- Hot fill line: 3ml – 500ml bottles and jars for wax paste and putties
- Solvent filling line: 20ml – 1000ml bottles for up to 100% flammable liquid
- Tube filler: 2ml to 250ml tube emulsions for scrubs, pastes and liquids
- 6 head filler: 10ml – 1000ml bottles, jars and tottles for emulsions, scrubs, liquids
- Twin head filler: 10ml – 5000ml bottles and jars for emulsions, scrubs, liquids
- Single head filler: 30ml – 5000ml bottles, jars and tottles for emulsions, scrubs, liquids (smaller volume filling)
- Single head filler: 1ml – 100ml bottles, jars and tottles for water thin liquids
- Packing area and line specifically for carrying out complicated packaging compilation such as gift packs and Christmas sets.
